A major overhaul of existing office accommodation in the heart of Milton Keynes. The proposals dramatically enhance the entrance area, creating a three-storey-high canopied approach to the office reception, supported on delicate stainless steel columns and enhanced by a new landscaping proposal. A new roof terrace is created above the entrance approach to provide additional amenity space for the tenants and to create an external environment that is active at multiple levels.
